Meet Mr. and Mrs. Mathews
Dan and Samantha, owners of Mathews Weddings and Events, are dedicated to making a couples dream wedding a reality. Samantha is a certified event planner with years of small and large event planning and coordinating experience. Dan is an initiator, delegator, and problem solver when any issue arises. Dan and Samantha have been married since July 11, 2014 and just welcomed their first son, Canyon, on August 31, 2016. With a growing family and a growing business there is nothing not to smile about.
Meet Amber
After graduating with her Associates of Arts degree, Amber joined our team as a summer intern. Amber has a heart for people and loves all things weddings. She is very knowledgable when it comes to the wedding industry and is on top of things each and every wedding she is a part of. Amber loves using her creativity and organizational skills to create a memorable day for all of our clients. After blowing our expectations out of the water as our intern we decided to officially welcome her onto our Mathews Weddings and Events team as an Event Coordinator.
Most days you can find me mommin hard for my two little ones, Canyon and Ember Jo, highlighting in my calendar, watching The Office with Dan, or wearing workout clothes but rarely actually working out.
I enjoy educating a bride on a budget how to plan her own wedding day. Call me crazy, but YES it’s possible. When I am not busy creating new content for brides you can catch me camping in the mountains, creating new recipes, or dreaming up our camper renovation plans.
